About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Delivery & returns and Privacy policies.
Who we are
Vee Scents is an independent fragrance boutique in Kenya. You can reach Virginia by email at virginia@veescents.co.ke or on WhatsApp at +254 723 611 902.
Our products
We sell genuine Lattafa and Afnan fragrances, bought from the brands’ official online stores and shipped from Dubai. Vee Scents is an independent retailer, not an authorised distributor or agent of either brand.
Product names, images, notes and descriptions come from each brand’s published information. Packaging can differ slightly from the photos, and a fragrance can smell different on different skin.
Prices
Prices are in Kenyan shillings and include shipping from Dubai. Delivery anywhere in Kenya is a flat KES 1,000 per order. Our prices follow the brands’ official prices, so they can change; the price Virginia confirms with you on WhatsApp is the price you pay.
Your order
Checking out sends your order to us on WhatsApp. This is a request to buy, not yet a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed when we confirm it with you and receive payment.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is no longer available from the official store or a price was shown in error. If we do, we’ll refund anything you’ve paid in full.
Payment
We confirm the ways to pay with you on WhatsApp. We don’t take card payments on this website.

Using this website
Please use this website and its order form only for genuine enquiries and orders. Content on this site, apart from brand and product information belonging to the fragrance houses, belongs to Vee Scents.
Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs or courier disruption, but we’ll keep you informed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
